STEP 1 ● Blend cashews in 1-2 c milk until smooth. STEP 2 ● Add pumpkin to blend again, briefly, until well mixed STEP 3 ● Pour into a pan and add remaining ingredients, stirring until it comes to a boil STEP 4 ● If thinner soup is desired, add less cashews
