I’m a power-packed member of the mint family, closely related to rosemary. I have a strong aroma, and am known for seasoning savoury dishes. I also have anti-inflammatory properties, which could help alleviate issues such as arthritis or gout.

I’m an evergreen, so can be picked any time, but my flavour is best in the summer
