STEP 1 ● Gently heat the oil, coconut milk, onions and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat, until onions are golden brown and soft.
STEP 2 ● Add the garlic, chopped kale, salt, and seasonings to the skillet. Toss the kale until it wilts, and then leave to simmer for at least 20minutes. Kale should be very soft when finished, and not watery.
