I’m a culinary herb, related to the parsley and carrot family. I’m known for both my leaves (called cilantro in USA), and seeds, both of which are highly fragrant and flavoursome. I am high in various phytonutrients, which can help lower blood sugar levels and reduce inflammation

I can be enjoyed
I add flavour to most Indian dishes, such as curries or dahls. Try me in small amount sprinkled fresh over salads for an added zest.
