About Me
I’m a brightly coloured root vegetable, sweet to eat and full of nutrients. I’m especially high in folate (B9), meaning I’m good for the blood. I’m also full of fibre, great to improve digestion. My leaves can also be eaten, which are rich in iron and vitamin C. In addition, research has showed that drinking beetroot juice has proven effects on lowering blood pressure

Either raw or cooked, I’m tasty either way. I can also be juiced, giving you a glass full of goodness
