ABOUT ME
I’m a culinary herb, and a member of the mint family. I have a strong aromatic flavour, and have become popular as a base for ‘green pesto’. I am also very high in certain antioxidants, making me especially useful as an anti-inflammatory herb. I could help with conditions such as IBS or arthritis.
